What is your shadow?
Have you ever considered taking a leap of faith, changing your career or starting a business, and then found yourself very quickly killing that thought? You can thank your shadow for that. Everything you have observed in your life, consciously or subconsciously, led you to the decision to not take that risk of following your passion. I'm not good enough, I don't know enough, I don't have the time, are likely excuses you have used. It is your shadow that is controlling your ego and giving you the fear of failure. But failure is just a process of learning and without failure we can't know success.

Your 'shadow' is the culmination of negative impacts throughout your life. They come in the form of traumatic experiences, learned habits or behaviours, self-doubt or primitive fear imprinted into your sub-conscience. If left unchecked your shadow will increasingly takeover who you are; creating self doubt and making you feel like you aren't good enough both professionally and/or personally.

The shadow is always there. And we always want the shadow to be there, because without the shadow we can’t know light. The fundamental teachings I want to share with you all will first make you aware of your shadow, then work to reduce its impact on us and allow us to fully embrace who we are.

This series of shadow scripting sessions will help you strip away your ego, surrender your judgments and negative self talk, and replace it with positivity. You will discover or rediscover your authenticity, what you value and what you want. Life is chaotic and often forces us to proceed without conscious thought of what we are doing or more importantly why!! Take this opportunity to create space for your own growth.

Self awareness leads to self acceptance leads to self development.
